How to change location of oraInventory
mv /home/oracle/oraInventory /oracle/oraInventory
edit /etc/oraInst.loc update inventory_loc=/oracle/oraInventory
edit ${ORACLE_HOME}/oraInst.loc update inventory_loc=/oracle/oraInventory
execute optach lsinventory command and check it is displaying correctly or not
Start the OUI, go to installed products to make sure that your Inventory can be read.
